LVGEA Helps Create 388+ New Jobs, $34.4 Investment

LAS VEGAS – Today, the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance assisted five companies in receiving tax incentives for relocating or expanding in Southern Nevada. Among the five companies, 388 new jobs will be created as well as $34,345,950 in capital investment.

Core-Mark International, Inc., Mirixa Corporation, Pacific Dental Services, LLC, Sitel Operating Corp., and ViaWest, Inc. are among the 11 companies that were approved for incentives at the Governor’s Board on Economic Development.

Core-Mark International, Inc. is one of the largest distributors of fresh, frozen and chilled merchandise mainly to convenience stores in North America.

Mirixa Corporation is the leading provider of medication therapy management and targeted, pharmacist delivered services to health plans.

Pacific Dental Services, LLC provides business support services to 16 states and is the nation’s leader in modern dental procedures. They assist in site selection and development, construction management, purchasing, training and education, as well as additional support services.

Sitel Operation Corporation provides contact center based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions in the U.S. to companies in every major industry.

ViaWest, Inc. is a data center focused on providing customers with hybrid IT solutions delivered through local teams and facilities that are built to ensure the availability of data and applications.
