LVGEA Helps Create 200+ Jobs, $12M Investment

LAS VEGAS – The Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance assisted two companies in receiving tax incentives for bringing over 200 jobs and over $12 million in capital investment to Southern Nevada.

Fanatics, Inc. and MBD Wheel and Brake Repair Services, LLC are among the companies that were approved for incentives by the Board of the Governor’s Office of Economic Development yesterday.

“We’re pleased to welcome these two businesses to Southern Nevada and look forward to the positive impact they will have on our region,” said Jonas Peterson, president and CEO of the LVGEA. “These two companies represent hundreds of new jobs and yet another step forward for our regional economy.”

Fanatics, Inc. is a top 50 internet retailer of officially licensed sports merchandise. Fanatics, Inc. is a multi-channel company offering officially licensed items as well as significant selection of sports collectibles and memorabilia.

MDB Wheel and Brake Repair Services, LLC is a rapid-response provider of aircraft wheel and brake repair and overhaul services. They serve commercial airlines, low-cost carries and aircraft parts providers.
