Mesquite, a municipality with roughly 22,000 people, is located approximately 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas along Interstate 15 near the Nevada/Arizona border. Mesquite sits exactly 365 miles between Los Angeles, CA and Salt Lake City, UT and has approximately 4,000 acres of industrial land available for commercial development, with abundant water supplies. Mesquite has improved the transportation infrastructure access by building an all new freeway exit to serve the industrial core of the community.
