 Boulder City

An incorporated city located on the southeast side of Clark County.Boulder City is home to the historic Hoover Dam.

 City of Las Vegas

An incorporated city located on the northwest side of Clark County. The world-famous Fremont Street Experience, Cashman Center, and The Smith Center for Performing Arts are all located in the City of Las Vegas.

 City of North Las Vegas

An incorporated city located on the north side of Clark County.The City of North Las Vegas is known for its flourishing industrial climate and lush golf courses with mountain views.

 Henderson

An incorporated city located on the southeast side of Clark County.The City of Henderson received the National Gold Medal Award for Excellence in Park and Recreation from the National Recreation and Park Association in 2014.

 Mesquite

An incorporated city located on the northeast side of Clark County, bordering Arizona.Mesquite is home to a growing retirement community, as well as several casino resorts and golf courses.

 Unincorporated Clark County

All area within Clark County borders that do not include the following incorporated cities; Boulder City, City of Las Vegas, City of North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Mesquite. The Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas Convention Center, McCarran International Airport, and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas are all located in Unincorporated Clark County.

 Laughlin

An unincorporated town that is on the Colorado River. Laughlin is a renowned destination for RV enthusiasts seeking the crystal blue banks of the Colorado River.

Resort Corridor

Includes non-restricted casinos and prominent hotels in all areas of Clark County

 Las Vegas Strip

The world-famous 4.2-mile-long playground of America. Tourists from all over the world venture to see the spectacular neon lights and stunning casinos. Locals enjoy the perks of living just minutes away from five-star dining and entertainment.

 Downtown Las Vegas

Known for its old-school charm and old-school prices, Downtown is a glimpse of classic Las Vegas culture. The area is home to the Mob Museum, Neon Graveyard, and dive bars locals know and love.

    Southern Nevada is home to several private schools catering to a wide-variety of aptitudes including Roseman University of Health Sciences, Touro University of Nevada, and The Art Institute of Las Vegas.

Law Enforcement

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department serves the City of Las Vegasand Unincorporated Clark County. Clark County is home to a diverse array of air traffic from the Executive Airport in lofty Seven Hills to Nellis Airforce Base in the north. The flagship McCarran International Airport is among the top 10 busiest airports in the nation.

 Highways & Freeways

The City of Las Vegas innovates the highway system with the $1.5 billion initiative, Project Neon. The largest public works project in the state will increase efficiency and safety on Nevada’s roadways.

 Bus Transportation

The Regional Transportation Commission oversees public transportation, traffic management, roadway design and construction funding, and transportation planning for Southern Nevada.

All tax districts that received a distinct designation of being classified as a redevelopment area in Clark County.A portion of the tax revenues levied by the entities in a tax district is dedicated to funding projects within a redevelopment area. Redevelopment is a tool used by cities and counties to revitalize certain neighborhoods and business districts. Projects may include property improvement, construction of buildings, and street, sidewalk and utility improvements.
